Let me keep it real with you… it is REALLY hard to get into a decent IT position with ZERO experience. It is not impossible but HIGHLY improbable.
Usually, you have to start from the bottom just like everyone else. That means learning about information technology by going to college, studying for an IT certification, building a network/lab in your house. Even with all that, without experience few organizations will consider you.
You can still get some experience by lateral movement or lateral training inside of the organization you currently work at. For example, you work retail and make moves to work in the retail departments IT center. Another way to get experience is to volunteer to work at local non-profits, and churches for free. If you are a student, look for services on the campus that are looking for someone to do IT. Do it free at first, so you can put that experience on your resume and get into better and better IT roles.
Other great ways to get in include: military services (doing IT), vocational / trade schools that focus on IT.
